Graciela moved to Arizona and has been working at Arrowhead Oral Surgery since February 2004. She obtained her Associates Degree in dental assisting in 1981. Prior to working with Dr. Allard, Graciela worked in general dentistry both as an assistant and as an administrative assistant. Her background gives her full understanding of all aspects of insurance, treatment planning and scheduling. Graciela speaks fluent Spanish and is CPR certified.

Maribel has been working in oral surgery since 1989 after graduating from Phoenix College as a Certified Dental Assistant. She has been at Arrowhead Oral Surgery since January of 2004. Maribel's entire career has been in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. She speaks Spanish fluently. She is CPR certified, certified in dental radiology, has completed the Anesthesia Assistants training program offered by the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and has completed the Sim-Man course offered by the American Society of Dental Anesthesiology. Maribel participates in continuing education courses on a regular basis.

Dr. Barry Berger was born in Mt. Kisco, New York. After graduating as valedictorian from high school, he attended Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, Texas. After four years in Nacogdoches, he graduated Summa cum laude as the top biology graduate. Dr. Berger received his medical degree at the University of Texas at Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. He completed his post-graduate training in Anesthesiology at Maricopa Medical Center in 1993 and is Board Certified in Anesthesiology. Dr. Berger and Dr. Allard have worked together since 2009 and routinely provide excellent surgical/anesthesia services for patients of all ages.

Dr. Michael Allard has been delivering outstanding care in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery here in Arizona since 2000. He received his dental education at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, then completed a general practice residency at the Veteran's Medical Center in Sepulveda, California. He then went on to obtain a medical degree from Wayne State University and subsequently a six year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including one year of general surgery. Dr. Allard was the first person to ever complete a residency of this nature at Wayne State/Detroit Medical Center. He gives back to the community through his involvement with Sojourner Center, a safe house for abused women, as well as the Boys and Girls Club of America and several local hospitals. Dr. Allard and his staff participate annually in the Mission of Mercy dental drive where they donate their time and services to those in need of surgical care who are financially unable to seek treatment.
